We do want to meet your dog before booking them for a play session or boarding duration. Because our facility is open concept, we need to ensure the dogs playstyle works with our facility. This meeting typically takes approximately 45 minutes and is at no cost to the pet parent. We will offer transparent feedback on how the session went, and what the next steps in the process will be. Remember we have the safety of all our 4-legged customers to consider when booking your fur baby.
